Creamy Sweetcorn Dip
(Serves 12)
(1 WW ProPoint per serving)
100g low fat soft cheese
500g frozen corn kernels
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor, pulse a few times, scrape down the sides of the bowl and process until smooth. Serve with crisps or crudites, or with ham in a wrap or sandwich.
