Goat's Cheese and Caramelised Onion Pizza
(12 WW ProPoints per serving)
1 150g pizza base
3 tbsp caramelised red onion chutney
80g Capricorn goat's cheese, sliced into rounds
1 medium tomato, sliced,
2 canned artichokes, halved
3-4 black olives, pitted and sliced
Preheat the oven to 220C.
Spread the red onion chutney onto the pizza base and add all the other ingredients on top. (If you're not doing WeightWatchers you could drizzle a little olive oil over the top).
Bake in the oven for 10 mins or until golden and crispy.
