Meal Planning Monday

I haven't been around much over Christmas, I try and stay away from the computer as much as possible when I don't have to use it, but posts will be appearing probably to fill in some of the gaps. It's a busy first week back at work and lots of things happening in the evenings too. French starts again this evening, then theatre, zumba, a builder coming to look at some work that needs doing, and cinema on Friday, blimey, definitely a baptism of fire, I'm going to need a holiday again! Only 6 weeks to go!

Devilled Mackerel

  1. The sausage parcels are intriguing - similar to samosas or more like sausage rolls? Yum! x

  2. Not like either really, I guess the correct term is sausages baked in a bag. It's just sausages, peppers, onions, garlic, a little bit of wine, baked in a foil and greaseproof bag in the oven. You can add potatoes or courgette or other stuff as you wish.

  3. I would love that roasted aubergine and goats cheese pasta but I think Mr M with his aubergine-aversion would hate it. Might have to make it for one one night! Thanks for joining in.
