Crab Salad

This is such a simple salad and yet really refreshing and flavourful.





















Crab Salad (from Nom Nom Paleo)
(Serves 3-4)

2 cans crab meat
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
salt and pepper

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well to combine. Serve over salad leaves or in a pitta.
